Q: Is Dr. Reed taking new patients?
A: We do accept new patients of all ages with insurance or as a self-pay patient. We accept new patients with Missouri Medicaid if the patient is under the age of five.
Q: Does Dr. Reed offer a payment plan?
A: Not directly within our office. CareCredit is an excellent way to pay for any medical services and will allow you the flexibility of making payments: www.carecredit.com. Many times, there is a 0% interest on first time charges.
Q: What are the business hours?
A: Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do see patients on Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Hospital days occur on Mondays at the 32nd St Surgery Center
Q: Can a patient have their X-rays sent to us from another source?
A: All X-rays may be emailed to our office: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What Insurance do you accept?
A: We are a network premier provider for Delta Dental. However, we will be happy to file claims to all commerical insurance companies for your convenience. We are a network provider for Missouri Medicaid patients that are managed through Missouri Care, HomeState, United Healthcare and Missouri HealthNet. We are unable to file claims to Medicare at this time.
